By using the TrimRx platform and purchasing a product or service, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms.
TrimRx provides a technology and administrative services platform through which consumers may access telehealth services provided by independent, affiliated physician groups. The affiliated healthcare provider independently determines whether treatment is medically appropriate and whether to issue a prescription. If medication is prescribed, the prescription is transmitted to a participating pharmacy for fulfillment.
Compounded Medication Program: A program that includes a compounded drug formulation that, if prescribed, is prepared and shipped by an independent, state-licensed compounding pharmacy.
Prescription-Only Service: A prescription for an FDA-approved, brand-name medication (e.g., Ozempic®, Zepbound®) that may be prescribed by an affiliated healthcare provider if medically appropriate.
You explicitly understand and acknowledge that compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not review compounded drugs for safety, efficacy, or quality. While prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider based on their professional medical judgment, these drugs have not undergone the same rigorous testing and approval process as FDA-approved drugs.
FDA-approved branded medications may be available on a limited basis, subject to clinical approval and product availability. If prescribed, the medication is dispensed and fulfilled through a participating pharmacy. Availability is not guaranteed and is subject to clinical approval and inventory. All costs associated with branded medications are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
You understand that any compounded medication you may be prescribed is not a “generic” version of an FDA-approved drug and should not be considered as such. TrimRx makes no claims that its compounded formulations are equivalent to, have the same active ingredient as, or will produce the same clinical outcomes as any FDA-approved drug.
You agree that you have been given the opportunity to ask questions regarding your treatment and that the decision to move forward with any prescribed medication is based on the medical judgment of your provider and your informed consent.
TrimRx provides a technology and administrative services platform through which consumers may access telehealth services for evaluation for GLP-1 and tirzepatide treatment. Available services include:
Initial Consultation – GLP-1: Priced at $199 for the first month. This package includes access to a telehealth consultation, prescription if medically appropriate, GLP-1 medication if prescribed, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
Follow-Up Consultation – GLP-1: Priced at $299. This package includes access to a telehealth consultation, prescription if medically appropriate, GLP-1 medication if prescribed, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
Initial Consultation – GLP-1 + GIP: Priced at $349 for the first month. This package includes access to a telehealth consultation, prescription if medically appropriate, compounded tirzepatide medication if prescribed, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
Follow-Up Consultation – GLP-1 + GIP: Priced at $399. This package includes access to a telehealth consultation, prescription if medically appropriate, compounded tirzepatide medication if prescribed, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
Initial Consultation – Ozempic: Priced at $1,299 for the first month. This package includes access to a telehealth consultation, prescription if medically appropriate, Ozempic medication if prescribed, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
Follow-Up Consultation – Ozempic: Priced at $1,299. This package includes access to a telehealth consultation, prescription if medically appropriate, Ozempic medication if prescribed, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
Initial Consultation – Zepbound: Priced at $1,399 for the first month. This package includes access to a telehealth consultation, prescription if medically appropriate, Zepbound medication if prescribed, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
Follow-Up Consultation – Zepbound: Priced at $1,399. This package includes access to a telehealth consultation, prescription if medically appropriate, Zepbound medication if prescribed, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
Our products and services are available only within the 50 states of the United States of America. We are not authorized to sell or ship to any other territories or countries. Any sale outside the U.S. is strictly prohibited.
TrimRx is committed to providing consumers with clear information regarding cancellation and refunds. The effect of a cancellation and any applicable refund depend on the status of the consumer's prescription and order and, where applicable, the subscription plan.
Medical Disqualification by Provider: A full refund will be issued if an affiliated healthcare provider determines that a consumer is not medically eligible for treatment. This decision is made by the affiliated healthcare provider based on the provider's independent medical judgment.
Billing Error: A full refund will be issued if a billing error results from a TrimRx processing error, such as a duplicate or incorrect charge.
Prescription Medications: If a cancellation request is received before the applicable prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy for fulfillment, the order will be cancelled and any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with this policy. Once a prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy for fulfillment, that order will continue through fulfillment. Cancellation will apply to future unfilled orders.
Multi-Month Subscription Plans: For prepaid multi-month subscription plans, consumers may cancel at any time to prevent future unfilled orders. Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund. To receive a refund for the unused prepaid portion of the plan attributable to future unfilled orders, the consumer must separately request a refund within 28 days of the payment date for the applicable prepaid multi-month plan. After the 28-day period, the consumer may still cancel to prevent future unfilled orders, but the unused prepaid portion of the plan will not be refundable, except as otherwise provided in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
Supplements: Once payment has been made for supplements, the order is considered processed and is non-refundable because these products are tailored to the individual's treatment plan and cannot be restocked or reused by other consumers for safety and compliance reasons.
Consumers may request cancellation through their TrimRx account or by contacting TrimRx customer support. If a cancellation request is received before the applicable prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy for fulfillment, the order will be cancelled. If the request is received after the prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy for fulfillment, that order will continue through fulfillment, but the cancellation will apply to future unfilled orders. Once a cancellation request has been processed, the consumer will receive confirmation.
Consumers seeking a refund must submit their refund request within 28 days of the payment date by contacting TrimRx at hello@trimrx.com or through another customer support method made available by TrimRx. Refund requests submitted after the 28-day period will not be eligible for a refund, except as otherwise provided in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
By purchasing any TrimRx product or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund and cancellation policy.
All transactions on try-trimrx.com are conducted in United States Dollars (USD).
TrimRx products are only available to customers residing in the 50 U.S. states. No international orders will be accepted or shipped.
Upon approval of a prescription by the affiliated healthcare provider, the prescription is transmitted to a participating pharmacy for fulfillment. Compounded medication is generally shipped within the next 48 business hours. Shipping cannot be canceled or modified after the product has been dispatched.
TrimRx respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect necessary information to process your order and facilitate access to telehealth services. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Your payment information is protected with industry-standard security. All transactions are encrypted and processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment providers. TrimRx does not store your full payment card details on its servers — card information is captured and tokenized directly by our secure payment partners, and payments are processed through leading payment institutions including Stripe, PayPal, and other certified processing partners.
TrimRx accepts the following payment methods:

- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- PayPal
- Flexible payment options through Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay
For subscription products, your payment method is securely saved with our payment partners and billed automatically according to your plan. You can update your payment method or manage your subscription at any time through your client portal.
Any promotions offered on TrimRx will have their own specific terms and conditions. These will be clearly outlined in the promotion details.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and California, the state in which TrimRx operates.
